Welcome to the MOSSA website (“Website”). MOSSA is a commercial brand operated by STANDO LTD (Registration Number HE 310258). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of this Website, including the purchase of Online Instructor Training Courses, MOSSA Releases, and any related digital services offered through the MOSSA brand by STANDO LTD (“STANDO LTD”, “MOSSA”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

By accessing this Website, creating an account, placing an order, or purchasing any product or service from MOSSA, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use this Website or purchase any products or services.

These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, instructors, and users of this Website.

1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms:

Instructor Training means any MOSSA Online Instructor Training Course sold by MOSSA.

MOSSA Release means the licensed digital choreography, music, educational content, and associated materials supplied for a specific MOSSA programme.

Certification means successful completion of the applicable MOSSA Instructor Training together with any assessment or certification requirements established by MOSSA.

Customer means any individual or organisation purchasing products or services from MOSSA.

MOSSA Rewards Programme means any referral programme, promotional campaign, reward scheme, referral discount, referral coupon, account credit, discount code, or incentive offered by MOSSA from time to time.

Digital Content means electronically supplied content including training materials, videos, releases, documents, downloads and other digital resources.

Website means https://mossacy.net and any associated webpages operated by STANDO LTD under the MOSSA brand.

STANDO LTD means STANDO LTD (Registration Number HE 310258), the legal entity operating the MOSSA brand.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or otherwise legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws of your country to purchase products or services from MOSSA.

By placing an order, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate, complete and up to date.

MOSSA reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order where inaccurate, incomplete or misleading information has been provided.

3. Customer Accounts

Certain products require an account on the official MOSSA learning platform operated through mossa.net.

Where applicable, MOSSA will arrange the creation of your account after your purchase has been successfully processed. Account creation normally takes 3–5 working days.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities carried out using your account.

You must not share your account, password or access credentials with any other person.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify MOSSA immediately.

4. Products and Services

MOSSA is an authorised MOSSA partner offering selected digital products and services, including:

• Online Instructor Training Courses;
• MOSSA Releases;
• Related educational resources where applicable.

All products are supplied electronically unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue or replace any product or service at any time without affecting purchases that have already been confirmed.

Product descriptions, availability and pricing may change without prior notice. We make reasonable efforts to ensure that all information published on this Website is accurate; however, occasional errors may occur. Where an error affects your order, we will contact you before processing the purchase.

5. Online Instructor Training

MOSSA offers Online Instructor Training Courses for individuals wishing to become certified MOSSA instructors.

Following successful payment, your enrolment will be processed and an account will be created on the official MOSSA learning platform (mossa.net). Access is normally granted within 3–5 working days.

Each Instructor Training Course is personal to the registered participant and may not be transferred, shared, assigned or resold to another individual.

Successful purchase of an Instructor Training Course does not automatically grant certification. Certification is awarded only after the participant has successfully completed all applicable training, assessments and certification requirements established by MOSSA.

MOSSA reserves the right to amend course content, assessment methods or certification requirements where required by MOSSA International.

6. MOSSA Releases

MOSSA Releases are digital educational products containing programme choreography, music, coaching resources and other materials developed by MOSSA.

Each Release is supplied as licensed digital content for the professional use of certified MOSSA instructors.

Unless otherwise stated, Releases are delivered electronically through the official MOSSA App (MOSSA GO) following successful order processing.

Access to purchased Releases is normally provided within 3–5 working days.

The purchase of a Release grants the Customer a limited licence to access and use the digital content in accordance with these Terms. Ownership of the intellectual property remains exclusively with MOSSA and its licensors.

7. Eligibility to Purchase MOSSA Releases

MOSSA Releases are available exclusively to instructors who hold a valid MOSSA Instructor Certification for the corresponding programme.

Although both the Instructor Training Course and the related MOSSA Release may be available for purchase on the same programme page, only certified instructors are eligible to purchase, access and use the Release for that programme.

If you are not yet certified, you must first successfully complete the corresponding MOSSA Instructor Training and satisfy all applicable certification requirements before purchasing or accessing the related Release.

MOSSA reserves the right to refuse, cancel or suspend any Release order or access where these eligibility requirements are not met.

8. Orders and Payment

All prices displayed on the Website are shown in the applicable currency and include or exclude taxes as indicated at checkout.

Payment must be successfully completed before any digital products or services are processed.

MOSSA reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order where:

• payment cannot be authorised or completed;
• fraudulent or suspicious activity is suspected;
• the Customer does not meet the eligibility requirements for the purchased product, service, referral programme, promotion, discount, coupon, or reward;
• an error in pricing, availability or product information has occurred.

Where an order is cancelled after payment has been received, any applicable refund will be processed in accordance with these Terms and our Withdrawal and Refund Policy.

9. MOSSA Rewards Programme

MOSSA may offer referral rewards, promotional discounts, coupon codes, account credits, and similar incentives through the MOSSA Rewards Programme.

9.1 EligibilityA referrer must have completed at least one eligible purchase through MOSSA. A referred instructor must be a new customer who has never previously purchased any product or service from MOSSA. MOSSA reserves the right to verify the eligibility of both the referrer and the referred instructor before issuing any referral reward, discount, coupon, or benefit. For the avoidance of doubt, referral discounts are intended exclusively for new instructors who have never previously purchased from MOSSA. Existing instructors may act as referrers and earn rewards but are not eligible to receive referral discounts themselves. 9.2 Referral RewardsWhere an eligible referral is completed, the referrer may receive the reward specified by the referral programme in effect at that time. Referral rewards have no cash value unless expressly stated otherwise. 9.3 Referral DiscountsReferral discounts are available only to eligible new instructors making their first purchase with MOSSA. Existing customers and existing instructors are not eligible to receive referral discounts. Referral discounts may not be transferred, exchanged, sold, combined with other promotions unless expressly permitted, or redeemed for cash. 

9.4 Technical Errors and Incorrect Rewards

MOSSA reserves the right to cancel, revoke, remove, reverse, adjust, or refuse any referral reward, coupon, discount, account credit, or promotional benefit that has been granted, applied, or issued:

• due to a technical error;
• due to a software bug or system malfunction;
• due to incorrect configuration of the referral programme;
• due to human error;
• due to fraudulent activity;
• where programme eligibility requirements have not been met.

 MOSSA may review any transaction involving referral rewards or promotional discounts and take reasonable steps to correct any error identified. Where a reward, coupon, discount, or promotional benefit has been issued incorrectly, MOSSA reserves the right to cancel the benefit, reverse the reward, deactivate the coupon, refuse access to the benefit, or adjust the transaction accordingly. MOSSA may suspend or permanently exclude any customer from participation in the MOSSA Rewards Programme where misuse, abuse, fraudulent activity, multiple account creation, self-referrals, or attempts to circumvent programme eligibility requirements are identified.

10. Digital Delivery

MOSSA supplies digital products only.

Instructor Training Courses and MOSSA Releases are delivered electronically through the official MOSSA learning platform.

Access is normally granted within 3–5 working days after successful payment and completion of any required verification procedures.

Delivery is considered complete once access to the purchased digital content has been made available to the Customer’s account.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that they provide accurate account information and maintain suitable internet access and compatible devices required to access the purchased digital content.

MOSSA shall not be responsible for delays caused by inaccurate customer information, technical issues outside our reasonable control, or circumstances affecting third-party systems used to deliver the services.

11. Right of Withdrawal and Refunds

MOSSA is committed to complying with applicable consumer protection legislation. As our products consist of digital services and digital content, different withdrawal and refund conditions apply depending on the product purchased.

11.1 Online Instructor Training Courses

Online Instructor Training Courses are digital services delivered through the official MOSSA learning platform.

Customers may request to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days from the date access to the Online Instructor Training Course is granted, provided that no more than 10% of the online training has been completed.

Approved refunds will be processed less an administration fee of €50, which covers account creation, enrolment, payment processing and administrative costs.

Withdrawal requests submitted after more than 10% of the course has been completed will not be eligible for a refund, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

11.2 MOSSA Releases

MOSSA Releases are supplied as digital content.

Once access to a purchased Release has been provided to the Customer’s account, the digital content is considered delivered.

From that point onwards, the Release is not eligible for withdrawal or refund, except where such rights cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection legislation.

11.3 Withdrawal Requests

Eligible Customers may submit a withdrawal request using the Withdrawal Form available on this Website.

Each request will be reviewed individually, and MOSSA reserves the right to request additional information where reasonably necessary to assess eligibility.

Where a refund is approved, access to the relevant digital product or service may be suspended or permanently removed.

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

12. Licence to Use Digital Content

All Online Instructor Training Courses, MOSSA Releases and related digital materials are licensed, not sold.

Upon successful purchase and subject to these Terms, MOSSA grants the Customer a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access and use the purchased digital content solely for their own professional instructional purposes.

This licence does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property rights.

Customers may not:

• copy, reproduce or modify any digital content;
• distribute, publish, upload or share any content with third parties;
• sell, sublicense, rent or otherwise commercially exploit the content;
• remove copyright notices or proprietary markings;
• allow any other individual to access their account or licensed materials.

Any use outside the scope of this licence constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate suspension or termination of access.

13. Intellectual Property

All content made available through this Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, training materials, choreography, music, trademarks, software and digital resources, is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

All intellectual property rights remain the property of MOSSA, MOSSA or their respective licensors.

Nothing contained in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property rights to the Customer.

Except as expressly permitted by these Terms or by applicable law, no content may be copied, reproduced, adapted, translated, transmitted, distributed or otherwise used without prior written permission.

The music, choreography and programme content contained within MOSSA Releases are proprietary works licensed by MOSSA and are provided exclusively for use by authorised and certified MOSSA instructors in accordance with these Terms.

14. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

• provide accurate and complete information when placing an order;
• maintain the confidentiality of their account credentials;
• use the purchased products only for lawful purposes;
• comply with all certification and licensing requirements applicable to MOSSA programmes;
• promptly notify MOSSA of any unauthorised access to their account.

Customers are solely responsible for maintaining suitable internet access, compatible devices and software required to access the digital products and services.

Any misuse of the Website, Instructor Training Courses or MOSSA Releases may result in suspension or termination of access without prejudice to any other legal rights available to MOSSA.

15. Privacy and Data Protection

MOSSA processes personal information in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”).

To provide the products and services purchased through this Website, we may collect and process personal information including your name, contact details, billing information and other information necessary to process your order.

Where required to deliver your purchase, we may share relevant personal information with MOSSA International and other authorised service providers solely for the purpose of creating and managing your account, providing access to the purchased services, processing payments or fulfilling our contractual obligations.

16. Suspension and Termination

MOSSA reserves the right to suspend, restrict or terminate access to any product, service or customer account where:

• these Terms have been breached;
• unauthorised sharing or distribution of digital content is suspected;
• fraudulent or unlawful activity is identified;
• payment has been reversed or remains outstanding; or
• continued access may compromise the security or integrity of our services.

Termination of access shall not affect any rights or obligations that accrued prior to termination.

17. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

MOSSA makes reasonable efforts to ensure that the Website and its services are available and operate correctly. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or continuous access to the Website or any third-party systems used to deliver our services.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MOSSA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from the use of this Website, the purchase of our products or services, or any interruption or delay caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

18. Changes to these Terms

MOSSA may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our business operations, legal requirements or the services we provide.

Continued use of the Website following publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

19. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Website or any products or services supplied by MOSSA shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Cyprus, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection legislation.
