A Step-by-Step Guide to Referring Fellow Instructors and Claiming Rewards

Thank you for being part of the MOSSA Cyprus community.

• With MOSSA Rewards, existing instructors can invite new instructors to join the MOSSA Cyprus community and receive rewards when those new instructors complete their first eligible purchase.
• The referred instructor receives a welcome discount, while the referring instructor receives a referral reward.
• This programme is intended only for the referral of new instructors. Existing instructors and existing customers are not eligible to receive referral discounts.

 

This guide explains the referral process step by step and answers the most common questions.

1. How MOSSA Rewards Works

Step 1

Purchase any MOSSA training or product.

Step 2

Once you have completed your first order, the MOSSA Rewards section becomes available.

Step 3

Invite new instructors who have never previously purchased from MOSSA Cyprus using your personal referral link or by sending them an invitation email.

Step 4

The new instructor receives a 20% welcome discount coupon for their first eligible purchase.

Step 5

The new instructor places their first eligible order using the referral coupon.

Step 6

Once the order is marked as Completed, your referral reward is automatically issued.

2. Who Can Refer Friends?

• Only customers who have completed at least one order can use the referral programme.
• Only new instructors who have never purchased from MOSSA Cyprus may be referred through the programme.
• Existing instructors and customers may participate as referrers and earn rewards, but they are not eligible to receive referral discounts themselves.

 

If you have not yet placed your first order, the referral options will not be available.

3. Accessing MOSSA Rewards

1. Log in to your account.
2. Open My Account.
3. Click MOSSA Rewards from the account menu.

4. Inviting a Friend

There are two ways to invite friends.

Option 1 – Share Your Referral Link

Share your unique referral link with new instructors who have not previously purchased from MOSSA Cyprus. When an eligible new instructor clicks the link and completes their first purchase, their 20% referral discount is automatically applied in the cart.

Option 2 – Send an Invitation

Enter:

– Friend’s name
– Friend’s email address

Click Send Invitation.

Your friend will receive an email containing:

– your invitation
– their referral link and referral coupon
– instructions for claiming the discount

 

5. What Your Friend Receives

When you invite a new instructor who has never previously purchased from MOSSA Cyprus, they will receive a personalised email introducing them to MOSSA Cyprus and explaining that they have been invited by you to join the community.

The email includes:

• A personalised invitation showing your name as the referrer.
• A brief introduction to MOSSA Cyprus.
• An exclusive 20% welcome discount for their first eligible purchase, valid for 180 days from the date the invitation is sent. This discount is available only to new instructors making their first purchase with MOSSA Cyprus.
• A unique referral coupon code.
• A personalised referral link that automatically applies the discount when they reach the cart.

Your friend can either enter the coupon code manually at checkout or simply use the referral link for a seamless experience. Both options provide the same 20% discount on their first eligible purchase.

6. What You Receive as a Referrer

Once your referred new instructor completes their first eligible purchase and the order status changes to Completed, you will automatically receive your referral reward.

Existing instructors remain eligible to earn referral rewards by introducing new instructors to the MOSSA Cyprus community.

For every successful referral, you will receive:

• One 50% discount coupon to use on your next eligible purchase.
• The coupon is valid for 180 days from the date it is issued.
• The coupon can be used once.
• Your reward is issued automatically – no action is required on your part.

7. MOSSA Rewards Dashboard

Your Coupon Rewards table displays all the reward coupons you have earned through successful referrals. For each coupon, you can view its code, value, usage limit, expiry date, and current status, allowing you to easily manage your available rewards.

 

Your Invites table shows the friends you have referred, the date each invitation was sent, and the current status of each referral. You can also see a summary of your Earned Rewards and any Pending Rewards, making it easy to monitor the progress of your referrals and know when new rewards have been issued.

8. Important Referral Rules

Please note:

• You must have completed at least one order before inviting friends.
• Referral coupons are intended for new customers.
• Each referral coupon can only be used once.
• Coupons remain valid for 180 days.
• Rewards are only issued after the referred order is completed.

9. Referral Programme Eligibility

MOSSA Rewards is designed to help existing instructors introduce new instructors to MOSSA Cyprus.

Eligible Referrers

• Customers and instructors who have completed at least one eligible purchase.

 Eligible Referred Instructors

• New instructors who have never previously purchased from MOSSA Cyprus.

 Not Eligible

• Existing customers.
• Existing instructors.
• Referrals between two existing customers.
• Self-referrals.

 MOSSA Cyprus reserves the right to cancel, revoke, or adjust referral rewards, referral discounts, and referral coupons that have been issued due to technical errors, software bugs, misuse of the programme, or transactions that do not meet the programme eligibility requirements.
