WHAT WILL YOUR CLIENTS FEEL BEFORE AND AFTER GROUP ACTIVE?
Embarking on an ATHLETE30 session can evoke a range of emotions in your clients. Here’s what they might experience:
Before:
Clients may feel nervous or unsure. Your role as a trainer is to create a welcoming environment and guide them to feel confident and ready.
During:
Expect new participants to feel a bit awkward as they adjust to the format, terminology, and equipment. Encourage them to start light and focus on proper form to build familiarity and comfort.
After:
Clients will leave feeling accomplished, and any post-workout soreness is a sign their muscles are adapting and strengthening. Reassure them that this is part of the process.
By supporting your clients at every stage, you’ll help them build confidence and keep them motivated to return.
